I work in the same building in Jafza One and knocked at their door today with a great expectation for an help. I forgot to take my charger for ACER laptop and thought their office would be kind enough either to allow me buy one or at least borrow one charger for an hour to get my laptop charged fully. But they were not ready to hear my plea!!!!!
I understand that it is not their liability, but they should've considered me being one of their customer and to have an humanitarian consideration to my request. The receptionist was not in a mood to listen to my request. I am not sure what will they loose in just sharing or borrowing the laptop charger to me?
Next time will need to consider other brand whose staff can be more tolerable and considerate.
