I had a groupon and decided to check this place out. BIG MISTAKE. I was APALLED at the owner Chris's "customer service"---or LACK there of. I called the next day and I requested someone fix my hair as I had asked for chunky highlights in a caramel color and a chocolate brown all over. I ended up with RED and you cant even tell I have highlights. I was the last client of the night and felt as though I was rushed out of there and wasn't thrilled about my cut but couldn't really see the color as it was dark in the salon. When I called the next day to speak with the owner she put me on hold several times, once for over 10 minutes. She said that my hair color was "my fault" and if they tried to fix it I would look "ashen and OLD" um I am only in my 20s????? She also told me quote "you won't be satisfied with anything we do". Who says that???? I then was told to be there in 15 minutes for a fix---I live 30 minutes away and said that wasn't possible. she then booked me for another night. I got a call 5 minutes later and she said the time she told me wouldn't work as she thought I was a different client on another line. I then was reluctant to even GO there for a correction. I happened to get out of work late and called to say I would be there at 3:30ish. At 3:33 Chris called me and said if I was not there in 60 seconds I wouldn't get service as "other people are more important". I cannot believe this woman and am DEMANDING my money back from her as well as groupon (I paid 65$ extra because they had to mix more dye for my hair). DO NOT GO THERE if you A. want good customer service B. ever had a problem with your hair you wanted fixed Over-priced and underwhelmed.
