I have had a family member at this living center for many years. She was in the Collier living center. The staff there were amazing!
Then she had to move to Thorne... The staff there are terrible, they have made my family member cry. They gave her the wrong medications, they refuse to help her even though she has a spinal injury, and the physical therapy staff failed to read her chart that states per her doctor that she is to NOT receive physical therapy until she is cleared by her doctor. I would not recommend sending your loved ones to Thorne (long term)!
