I had a mixed experience with Sanpi tape factory. The quality of their tapes is average, but their customer service is excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful in assisting me with my order. However, I was not satisfied with the durability of the tapes as they started coming off after a short period of use. The company website, ppptape.com, is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Overall, I would rate Sanpi tape factory as average.
