The person on the public service desk was complete...

The person on the public service desk was completely unhelpful in finding a document that was specifically emailed to the Wellington court from the North Shore court for me to pickup. Demanding specific information on exactly where it was sent, they were told it was sent from the north shore to here. I was told thats not good enough. After multiple calls to the ministry of justice 0800 number it was said to be in the generic Wellington court email inbox. Lazy people on your front desk do not foster any sense of public trust. One star given back as the Man who finally helped came outside to give me my license that had been left behind. Otherwise a very strained experience with incompetent staff.
