Christian von der Ropp Review of GO Airport Shuttle & Executive...
Rarely have I experienced such a miserable service...
Rarely have I experienced such a miserable service. Initially, at the airport of Los Angeles, contrary to the instructions, there was no staff in or in front of the terminal. After waiting for ages, trying to get rid of me on the phone (since the employees did not know that "Go Prime Time" belonged to their own company) and waiting again, I received some clues as to how to get to the stop 100m away from the terminal. There I had to wait for over an hour after my transatlantic flight, because despite the agreed time no vehicle was assigned to me. The manners of the employee were as disastrous as his English skills. The vehicle was in a miserable condition, safety belts partially broken and it turned for another 30 minutes rounds at the airport before finally going to the center. The passengers were allowed to listen to the loud discussion of the driver with his passenger. While driving, he was busy playing with two smartphones and a tablet.
A greeting or farewell remained in spite of the previously paid by credit card tipping i.H.v. $ 5 off - not to mention a word of thanks.
That was the last time I drove on GO Airport Shuttle.
