In regards to the body shop @ Simms. Awesome experience.
The hardest customer to keep satisfied is the customer who is expecting to not be satisfied. I have to be honest, I went into my interaction with the body shop with a negative attitude. Much of my frustration was with the stipulations set by my insurance company.
Joe dealt with my questions which were out of this frustration with the utmost professionalism. But what spoke louder than his words was the final results of a job well done. Kudos to both him and his staff.
The condition in which my car was returned was phenomenal. The attention to detail that his s demonstrates was exceptional. Thank you.
I highly recommend this body shop. 5 stars.
