I'm leaving your house, and for the 3rd time, your waitress is incredibly cold and unpleasant. But really. It goes beyond anything you can find in a tourist district like this.

I am not the type to leave opinions like here, but there, it is clear that I and my colleagues will think a few times before coming back to be greeted in this way.

Serious: there are lots of competent and pleasant people on the job market. And it is unfortunate that a single person like that can screw up the work of a team - welcome, food, quick nickels - by such behavior.
