I recently used Leasehoney to lease my new apartment and overall I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information about available properties. However, I found the customer service to be mediocre as they were not very responsive to my queries. The lease terms were also not very flexible. I would consider using them again only if I can't find better options.
