What a unique experience. This hotel is all over the map when it comes to service. We had a few instances of people knocking on our door to see if the room was already taken. The valet very friendly and quick but also took the opportunity to teach someone how to drive stick using our car. I thought it was funny but not what you'd expect from a Westin. Otherwise the location is great and the rooms are well kept with large TV's and mildly comfortable sheets.
