Very bad communication. I wanted to talk to the finance department, after 2 emails and 4 calls over a time span of 1.5 weeks, I wanted to be able to get hold of someone - and then I didn't get any further. I don't get the feeling that they care about their customers.
In terms of payroller, I have had a much better experience with Yacht.
