Telephone service for appointment request really from 0 they do not answer and if they do rude operator closes the phone in your face.

I did not call the toll-free number but 011 / .... etc 19 minutes of waiting to be told this morning that there are no appointments and slam the handset in my face. Same thing last week. I sent 2 emails with an appointment request, receiving automatic reply only. Until you end up on Channel 5, you don't learn education. I know.
Yet the operators are not voluntary but paid.I have no words, they are not earned money and in this particular moment it is even more depressing
