We are one franchise of a network of 80 stores. Have dealt with the company when they were Associated Foods. Since changed hands the company is not worth rating. Ordered a quantity of squeeze sauce boxes which were faulty ( would not release the sauce ) customers were being sprayed with sauce and could not get the sauce out of the dispensers.
Contacted them a ridiculous amount of times to have the faulty product picked up and replaced or credited. NO RESPONSE. This was in March.
We are now in July and have a response they want payment and yet they still have done nothing to rectify the issue. Not worth a rating unfortunately have to give one star as it wont let you post anything less.
