I had an average experience with C1 Insurance Group. Their website, c1ig.com, was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, my experience with C1 Insurance Group was just okay.
