My husband brought me in on Saturday afternoon due to excruciating lower left back/front/side pain, so bad that I was vomiting and shaking. They took my info and I was told to have a seat. There was only one other person waiting. After 15 minutes my husband asked what the hold up was and was rudely told they were full. They then took the other lady ahead of me......I honestly don t know why she was there, but if you were a stranger accessing an ER waiting room you d think the shaking, crying, vomiting patient would go before the calm patient that s playing on her phone Needless to say, we left after 45 minutes of waiting and went to Beaumont Trenton were I was diagnosed with a decent size kidney stone (my first)blockage. I will not be returning to HF, and wouldn t take my dog there!
