The Port Management Association of Eastern & Southern Africa (PMAESA) is doing an average job in managing port operations. Their website pmaesa.org provides good information about their services and activities. However, there is room for improvement in streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency. It would be great if PMAESA could focus more on capacity building and training programs for port staff.
