I had a somewhat average experience at Waves Apartments. The location is convenient, but there were a few issues that made my stay less than ideal. Firstly, the apartment was not as clean as I would have liked. There were stains on the carpet and dust in the corners. Secondly, the noise level from the street was quite high, which made it difficult to sleep at night. Overall, it's an okay place to stay, but I wouldn't rave about it.
