I've been buying computers from this company for about 15 years, I believe. And they make great stuff, that works! But if you want service after the fact or you have some kind of problem with your PC, they attitude you can sometimes get there is awful. Mostly it's OK, but if you have a complex problem or one they can't quickly fix they start getting impatient and testy with you, their customer. The worse they got, the nicer I got, because I really wanted my PC's fixed but in the end it's just not worth the stress of dealing with nasty, impatient people. You have a problem they act like it's a huge favor you're asking, even if you are paying for service. I give up. I won't deal with them anymore.
