After a friend accidentally erased my hard drive I was anxious to recover the data. We took the hard drive to several places before we came across Memofix. All other places were charging too much or their turnaround time was too long. I spoke with Bob and he walked me through the process and provided an estimate time and rate for recovering my data, which were very reasonable.
My expectations were met, and even exceeded as they recovered all of my data within a week. Bob sat down with me when I picked up my hard drive to show me what they had done. If I'm ever in a similar predicament I'll be going to Memofix, and I'd highly recommend their services to everyone.
