I have been attending martial arts classes for a while now and I must say that Zen Kmpo DO Orntal Hlth Mrtial is one of the best places I have trained at. The instructors are experienced and passionate about what they do. The training sessions are challenging but also enjoyable. The facility is clean and well-maintained.
