The service provided by Power Mobility & Lifts was average. While the product itself is of good quality, the customer support could be improved. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and it took longer than expected to address the issue I had. Despite this, I am overall satisfied with the lift and its functionality. I would consider Power Mobility & Lifts for future purchases.
