Ponant is a great company. Their website en.ponant.com is user friendly and easy to navigate. The booking process was smooth and hassle-free. The customer service was excellent and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I had a great experience with Ponant and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic cruise experience. The only suggestion I have for improvement is to offer more vegetarian options in the onboard restaurants. Overall, an excellent company!
