I had a mixed experience with NFC Group. While their website is informative and user-friendly, their customer service was lacking. The representatives I spoke to were not very helpful and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. However, once I escalated the issue, I was able to get a satisfactory resolution. Overall, I would rate NFC Group as average.
