Hotel Rooms booked for volleyball tournament. Tournament schedule changed 2 days before check-in. Hotel Manager is refusing to allow any cancellation of the first day of a 3 day stay. One of the best features about Marriott is they have a very liberal cancellation policy. NOT this hotel. Buyer beware
