I have been training at Throgs Neck Shotokan Karate for a few months now and it has been a life-changing experience. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, and they truly care about their students' progress. The classes are challenging but also a lot of fun. The dojo is well-equipped and always clean. The training environment is friendly and supportive, and I feel like I belong to a family.
