I've tried many yoga studios in the past, but Strala Yoga stands out from the rest. The instructors are attentive, knowledgeable, and create a welcoming environment for everyone. The variety of classes offered caters to all levels, and I always feel challenged in a good way. The studio space is clean and inviting, and the overall energy is calming.
