I have been training at Commando Krav Maga Mexico for a while now and I am really impressed with the quality of instruction and the effectiveness of the techniques taught. The instructors are highly experienced and create a positive learning environment. The training sessions are intense but well-structured. I would definitely recommend this self-defense program to anyone serious about learning practical self-defense skills.
