I just had to adjust the review again, seeing that we are struggling from January to March with 4 call outs and no permanent solution to our printer problems and they always seems to blame everything accept for their own incompetence. This will be my last review for MFP.

Review ajusted from a 2 star rating to a 4 star rating (see previous review below) as they did sort out the problem with the Voip Telephone system after the Google review has been placed. I still think the printer/copier service can improve as we are using the same system at our East London branch and they do not require as much call outs as us in Cape Town to fix problems even though they print more than us and use the same printer.

"The copier/printer keeps on giving us trouble, even though we do not print that much. And we have endless problems with the voip telephone system they installed, and they can't give us answers on what the problem is, they keep on blaming factors outside their own product."
