I recently used Vietnam Travelmart to book a trip to Hanoi and Halong Bay, and I must say it was an average experience. The booking process was smooth and the staff was helpful, but the accommodations were not up to my expectations. The hotel room was smaller than I expected and the breakfast options were limited. Overall, it was an okay trip.
