Only open via phone from 8 to noon? The state is trying to limit access and; thusly, limit the payouts to poor Californians. This system sucks!

The wait times on the phone are long, sometimes too long and you are disconnected without warning.

Need a solution fast? Too bad. Don t have access to a computer, which they re constantly telling you to use on the automated line? You re out of luck. Want to speak with a human face to face. Never going to happen.

Being in poverty is awful. Being made to struggle is even worse.
