I recently visited The Pointe at Kilpatrick and I must say, 👍 it was an average experience overall. The website provided useful information and was easy to navigate. However, 🤔 I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and I had to wait quite a while to get assistance. The location is ideal, with beautiful surroundings and nearby amenities, but the facilities themselves felt outdated and in need of renovation. The prices were reasonable, 💰 but I think there are better options available for the same price. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. The website was helpful, but the customer service and outdated facilities left much to be desired.
