I recently had the opportunity to use a company's services and overall, I would rate it as average. The website was easy to navigate and provided enough information about their products. However, I found that the customer support was lacking. It took quite a while for them to respond to my inquiries and they were not always able to provide clear answers. Additionally, the delivery of the product was delayed, which was somewhat disappointing. On a positive note, once I received the product, I found it to be of decent quality and it met my expectations.
