I recently used Imbark Design for a web design project and overall, my experience was average. Communication with the team was prompt and they were able to understand my vision for the website. However, I found the design concepts to be rather ordinary and lacking in innovation. The website was functional, but it did not have the wow factor that I was hoping for. I also encountered a few technical glitches that needed to be addressed. On the positive side, the team was responsive to my feedback and worked to make the necessary adjustments. The pricing was reasonable and within my budget, which was a plus. While I appreciate their efforts, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of creativity and attention to detail. Overall, I would rate Imbark Design as an average company for web design services.
