I just got this insurance through my employer and paid 3 weekly premiums of $144 thus far. However, I have yet to receive my medical cards through the mail and none of my doctors can confirm my membership in the system. This despite the fact that I have received my dental cards already. This does not make any sense! I have to call them to request my ID cards. REALLY???
