As a customer, I found the website to be user-friendly and informative, making it easy to understand the services offered. The onboarding process was smooth and the support team was responsive to my inquiries. However, I felt that the pricing was slightly on the higher side compared to similar solutions in the market. Additionally, I would have appreciated more flexibility in the customization options for the service. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of pricing and customization options to better accommodate the needs of different businesses.
