Julie Clifford knocked on my elderly parents door 3 years ago while canvassing the neighborhood where she was selling a house. She made suggestions that upgraded the appearance of the home to appeal to a wider audience and her pricing was on target with the market. She took the time to purchase items (such as new cabinet knobs, bathroom towels and soaps) on her own to help improve the appearance and make it look inviting. After a weekend open house, she presented us with 3 offers and we settled within a month. Juli constantly stayed in touch with us from day one by text, email, and phone calls - we never went more than 2 days without hearing from her. She is truly a gem and we know how lucky we were to have her represent us from day one. Anyone would be fortunate to have someone so dedicated to their profession and to their client's interest.
