The Catalyst Group - Assurance. Taxation. Advisory. is an okay company. Their service quality is decent, but nothing exceptional. I have had a few issues with responsiveness and communication. However, they have managed to resolve my concerns eventually. Overall, I cannot say I am fully satisfied, but they are not terrible either.
