I've tried a few different yoga studios in the area, and Hot Yoga Flow INC is definitely one of the best. The instructors are skilled and provide clear instructions throughout the classes. The studio itself is spacious and clean, creating a calming environment. The only downside is that sometimes the class sizes can get a bit large. But overall, it's a great place to practice yoga.
