This review is about my experience with service request an their customer service. FDU is used in my apartment complex, and I needed the fire alarm disabled to get some repairs done on my AC unit.

I've had great experience with them, their office is easy to call and they pick up regularly. Their office hours are from 7am - 4pm which I found reasonable.

I worked with Heather to coordinate timing, my preference on how the technician would come out (whether the tech could stay during the duration or make 2x trips), and she was great. She responds quickly over email and phone number, which comes in handy as I much prefer to communicate through email. I was able to easily to confirm my appointment time and coordinate with the AC technicians/property management company that way. The quote was clear and easy to understand, which was important as I've never made a request like this before.

Their technician Mitch was also awesome. He promptly came out at 8 am, as scheduled, and I got his number from FDU to message him. He was supposed to come back at 2pm, but he kindly stayed while waiting for his next job to make sure everything was safe since the alarm was turned off! Also said he'd be available to turn it back on if they managed to finish early, and that he'd message me once leaving as well. Such a clear communicator and personable. He made me feel confident that the job was being handled by an experienced professional.

All around good, easy experience working with them!
