Never calling here again. I had an awful experience with Intake Specialist, Kady. It was obvious that she had her attention fixed somewhere else. I had to explain my problem twice because she wasn't paying attention the first time. The second time, I once again thoroughly explained my situation, but out of all of the things I said, she only noted down one unimportant detail that didn't need to be noted. A week later, I waited, but I never received a call from an attorney to follow up on my case... I believe my file was dismissed, and the reason was because she made it look like my situation wasn't serious enough by purposely writing down one unimportant detail out of everything I said. Explaining my situation the second time was no use because I believe she noticed that I was bothered that I had to explain my problem all over again, and that's why she purposely did what she did. I don't know how she was hired, she is unprofessional. Not to mention she sounded uninterested in my serious matter. I had no problems with the receptionist, she was friendly and she did a much better job at handling callers than Kady did. Fast forward a week later, and thankfully I have sought help elsewhere, and I got my own attorney to represent me and my case. Again, I will not be contacting this place ever again.
