I recently joined Soul Pilates, LLC and it has quickly become one of my favorite places to exercise. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to offer modifications if needed. The studio itself is well-equipped and clean, creating a serene environment to focus on your practice. The classes are challenging and engaging, and I love how it targets all muscle groups. Soul Pilates, LLC is definitely a top-notch Pilates studio!
