I had an average experience with Transworld Lbj Realty. The customer service was not great but also not terrible. The website lbjrealty.com was easy to navigate and provided enough information about their services. However, I found it difficult to get in touch with their agents. Overall, I would say they need to improve their customer service and make it easier to contact them.
