I have been a customer of Shady Acres, INC for a few years now and I must say that their service is average at best. The staff is usually friendly but the overall quality of their products leaves much to be desired. I have encountered a few issues with my orders in the past which were always resolved, but it's still frustrating to have to deal with them in the first place. I appreciate the effort they put into customer service, but I wish they would focus more on improving their products.
