Definitely 5 star customer service. Last minute booking yet everything went smoothly. Sophie was so cheerful welcomed me in the morning, then Karl was very friendly and make sure the whole experience was all good, he even keeps making sure everyone get their snacks on the boat. Their boat was very clean loved it, the captain and the first mate were super helpful making me less nervous. Their equipments are in great condition, well taken care of and tracked. I went to Penida; Manta point, Crystal Bay and SD point. I had one of the best dives with them. Got to learn some french a word or two which is a bonus haha, would love to dive with them again!
