🤔 I have mixed feelings about Beyond Embroidery. While the quality of their embroidery work is decent, I expected better given their reputation. The customer service was average, and there were a few hiccups during the ordering process. However, they did resolve the issues promptly. I would recommend them for basic embroidery needs, but not for more complex projects. 🤷‍♂️
