Arrived on a Monday afternoon about 2:30 looking for a car we can drive for the next 10 years. My priority list was Safety first, reliability,comfort, mpg. Sal Rizzo assisted us. He took the time to understand our needs and wants (they can be different), and we discussed several vehicles which appeared to meet our requirements, particularly comparing the gas vs hybrid choices. We had previously owned a 2000 and 2008 Lexus so we were familiar with the reliability of the product line. After sitting in the various models and discussing their high points and options we drove an ES 350 and after some more discussion we finalized that selection. At no time was there pressure to make a purchase and although we had our checkbook with us we did not clean up our present car for trade-in consideration or bring the title. That was not a problem. After doing some paperwork and receiving a thorough explanation of the computerized features of the vehicle we proudly drove home in our new Lexus ES350 at about 6:30. No pressure to buy or to add additional options and accessories. We are in our mid 70's and this was our BEST car buying experience ever.
