I had a mixed experience with Gypset travellers. While the overall trip was enjoyable, there were a few issues along the way. The customer service could have been better, as some of my inquiries took longer than expected to be addressed. However, the itinerary was well-designed and the accommodations were comfortable. I would suggest improving the responsiveness of the customer support team.
