We just closed on our house in Laramie after a strange ordeal. Or realtor suggested we work with Karen and we wanted to have a local place that we could work with. From day 1 when we went in and started this process it was easy! Karen explained everything from pre-approval to the end. She was helpful, thorough, detailed and her team was so easy to work with during this process. Everything was easy to do and understand. Our first house experience was nothing like this one, working with the Mortgage Source was so much easier and less complicated. Not only did they work hard for us, they were always friendly, easy to get a hold of, wonderful to work with, their office is easy to find and they always have coffee! :) The best part was when it came to signing we got an even better rate than we thought, with super duper low closing costs, way less than we originally anticipated, which was the cherry on top!
