Just had to call about my W-2 the system prevents ...

Just had to call about my W-2 the system prevents you from calling to get information, but getting hold of someone is not impossible, the employee I spoke with after hitting 0, was initially polite but rather then explain out what's going on, she brushed me off and said they'd be ready by Jan 31st as required by law. That's great " kathy" , but that didn't answering the question I was leading up to whiich was the spelling error on my name and getting it corrected, for a payroll company thats professional, Im thinking this one probably isn't the right one.
