I have been a customer of Brown Jimmy R for several years now and I must say their services are average. The quality of their products is decent, but I have had some issues with their customer support. It takes them quite a while to respond to my queries and sometimes I have to follow up multiple times before getting a satisfactory answer. However, their prices are reasonable and their delivery is always on time.
